Your Role as Sales & Market Development Coordinator
- Handle Stretch Wrapper Sales
- Manage incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, and close sales for stretch wrappers.
- Maintain records of sales and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Manage Entry-Level Project Sales
- Oversee sales for entry-level projects (e.g., carton erectors/sealers, pre-made baggers).
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes while meeting profitability targets.
- Build a Network of Agents
- Identify, onboard, and support agents for entry-level products.
- Collaborate with agents to expand market reach and increase sales pipelines.
- Export Customer Liaison
- Serve as the primary contact for export customers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Work with international agents on quotes and inbound enquiries.
- Lead Generation
- Research potential clients and develop targeted account lists to generate quality leads.
- Update and maintain lead information in the CRM system, ensuring prompt follow-up.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Team
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as draft documents and managing calendars.
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for strategic decision-making.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Sales Experience: A background in sales, quoting, or market development is highly desirable.
- Communication & Organisation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proven ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with technical sales is advantageous.
- Independence & Proactivity: Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to work both autonomously and within cross-functional teams.
- CRM & Office Software: Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confidentiality: Must handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
