**Senior Allocations Officer, Casual Workforce**

**Full time, ongoing position with ADO**

Reporting to the Access/Workforce Manager, this role will provide oversight and leadership to the workfoce ensuring that on a day to day basis all casual resources are utilised to ensure coverage of short term vacancies within both the Parkville and Sandringham sites. It is a customer service role that communicates frequently with Unit Managers/Team Leaders, After Hours Managers, People ,Culture team and the Access/Workforce Manager re staffing.

In consultation with the Access/Workforce Manager, maximise the supply of nursing/midwifery and non-nursing workforce to meet service demands.

**KPI measurements include**:

- Client satisfaction
- Fill rates
- Workforce splits (permanent/casual/agency)
- Limiting late cancellation fees

**About you**

To be successful within this role you will need to have:

- Previous experience in Allocations
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to support the hospitals service areas
