**About the role**:
Our Tradecraft team will partner with our Account Directors to focus on a target group of customers to provide compelling pre-sales demonstrations, and trial experiences. Further, they will produce thought leadership content alongside our marketing team and ensure that they are product experts across the Fivecast product suite.

**Responsibilities**:
Product Expertise:

- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the entire Fivecast product suite
- Develop and maintain engaging, mission relevant content - for use in demos, trials, flash briefs, whitepapers, conference presentations etc
- Provide technical input to Sales on license sizing, user tiers/numbers, similar customer’s usage patterns
- Advise customers on technical integrations (SSO, APIs, etc) without escalating to Product Dev or DevOps.
- Provide customer and competitor intelligence feedback to the Product development team in accordance with the defined product management processes

Product Demonstrations:

- Develop and maintain realistic & relevant scenarios for software demonstrations
- Prepare for, schedule & conduct engaging software demonstrations with our customers
- Be accountable for conversion of software demonstrations to trials or customers

Customer Trials:

- Develop and maintain realistic & relevant scenarios for software trials
- Schedule & conduct software trials/PoCs with our customers to demonstrate applicability to specific customer use cases
- Provide instructor-led quick-start training to trial participants
- Pro-actively monitor and assess usage and trial user success
- Working with the Account Executive, develop trial reports for dissemination to the Trial Champion
- Be accountable for conversion of software trials to customers

Thought Leadership:

- Develop and maintain understanding and insight into our customer's mission, challenges and issues
- Work with marketing to draft thought leadership content (flash briefs, blogs, industry briefs, etc)
- Attend Fivecast sponsored industry events & conferences in support of account executives

Customer Onboarding & Success:

- Ensure all new customers are on-boarded in a consistent manner
- Schedule & conduct customer on-boarding for new customers, consistent with the defined processes
- Schedule initial user training sessions for customer user base with Training Specialists
- Conduct regular customer success check-in calls
- Review usage statistics & report customer health to account executive & sales leadership
- Supporting our Training Specialist to ensure customers are all trained

**Requirements**:

- Australian Citizenship
- 3+ years’ of relevant experience in as an Intelligence Analysis, Collection Specialist, Targeting, Personnel Security Vetting or related fields
- Experience within some of the below areas:

- within an intelligence, law enforcement, or other agency/organization with an intelligence analysis or assessment function
- leveraging intelligence collection and analysis software or commercially available data sets in support of the intelligence process
- Solid understanding of current APAC national security, counter terrorism, counter-intelligence, cyber threats, and border security issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with a high level of autonomy
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Desirable Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in National Security studies, Criminal Intelligence, Political Science, Business, Economics, International Relations, or Foreign studies
- Formal intelligence analysis training
- Awareness of APAC national security interests
- Security Clearance: NV1
