Small Farms Wholefoods is on the hunt for a casual barista to join our tight-knit team.

We are a little café/providore in Applecross that’s passionate about the environment, reducing plastic waste, and serving up consistently great coffee.

The barista position is full time, or equivalent hours casual (38-40 hours per week). At least one year’s experience behind the machine is necessary.

**Experience and Qualities**:

- A Proven experience in a similar role or passion within the industry
- A positive attitude & strong communication standard
- Absolute accountability, ownership, and reliability
- A strong focus on quality service standards
- Attention to detail

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Dialing in coffee machine and adjustments throughout the day
- Preparing cabinet food for takeway service
- Serving customers and using the point of sale
- Promote & practice safe work habits, reporting safety hazards and inconsistencies to owners promptly

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
