**THE POSITION**
- Assist in daily management of the homes support services
- Demonstrate adaptability by taking on various tasks and responsibilities as needed
- Oversee the organisation of services within the home
- Maintain a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere

**THE PERSON**
- Experience in similar position essential
- Hold current Australian Working Rights
- Possess a National Police Clearance
- Vaccinated against Influenza
- Ability to deal with what is in front of them
