We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 9 month contract paying $38.40 p/h + Super. This role is located in Cessnock.

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking to appoint a Storeperson with a leading NSW Government agency.

Key accountabilities include:

- Unload shipping containers (up to 25) and load pallets of finished products onto truck;
- Receive, inspect, manage (e.g. decant) and store raw materials in site storage shipping containers;
- Transport pallets of raw materials from containers to business unit on daily basis;
- Receive, inspect and store 34 pallets of old seats/backs in the business unit;
- Transport pallets of finished products from the business unit to Hunter Store on daily basis;
- Manage inventory of damaged plastic shells and damaged pallets and covers;
- Periodic cyclic stock take of raw materials;
- Liaise and coordinate deliveries and pickups with Inventory Manager, Transport operators and Business Unit Overseers and MBU
- Maintain Work Health and Safety documentation/inspections;
**About You**
- Physically able to work the position
- Previous experience in similar positions
- Current driver’s licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
- Current forklift licence, when required, and willingness to undertake forklift driving duties
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
