Diploma/diploma Trainee

At our family owned centre in Manning, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team. We are different from most childcare centres, as we are highly focus on the outdoor natural environment, recycling, animal care and the holistic development of children in our care. We support multi-age groupings as siblings need to interact with each other and feel safe and secure. Research shows many learning benefits from multi-age groupings. Our centre provides care for children 2 years upwards.

In your role, you will work with our friendly, helpful and professional Educators to care for the needs of our children. You will develop strong relationships with the children and their families, while being a positive role model and valued member of our team.

We are looking for a passionate and focused Educator who has either
- completed their Certificate III in Children Services and would like to commence a traineeship towards a Diploma qualification or
- already holds a Diploma in children Services or equivalent recognised by ACECQA

In addition we will require
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments
- Excellent personal presentation
- Excellent work ethics
- Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children, families and team members
- Valid Australian working rights

**Salary**: $26.42 - $30.00 per hour
