Join Nine’s dynamic AI team and contribute to the transformation of Australia's media landscape. As Product Manager, AI, you will play a key role in shaping the future of audience engagement and commercial strategies through the development and implementation of innovative AI-powered products.

Working closely with the Head of AI Product, you will be responsible for translating complex AI capabilities into user-friendly product features that deliver exceptional value to our audiences, advertisers, and internal teams. You will contribute to the product vision, roadmap, and execution of cutting-edge AI solutions across Nine's diverse portfolio.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI innovation in the media industry, collaborating with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to leverage AI's full potential. You will also be responsible for conducting business analysis activities to identify opportunities for AI and translate business needs into detailed requirements for the development team.

**As an AI Product Manager you will**:

- Support the development of AI-powered products: Participate in the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, focusing on user needs and delivering measurable value.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Identity opportunities through business analysis and process mapping: work closely with business stakeholders to map out workflows and end-to-end value chains to identify opportunities for AI implementation
- Gather and document detailed business requirements for AI solutions: Translate business needs into technical specifications for data scientists and engineers. Conduct feasibility analysis and assess potential risks and benefits of AI solutions.
- Maintain and refine the AI product roadmap: Assist in prioritising initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer feedback, contributing to a clear and achievable roadmap.
- Promote AI adoption within the organisation: Support the Head of AI Product in evangelising the potential of AI, providing guidance and resources to teams across Nine to explore and integrate AI capabilities into their workflows.
- Ensure responsible AI development: Contribute to implementing AI governance and ethical practices, ensuring AI products are developed and deployed responsibly, adhering to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
- Analyse and report on product performance: Assist in defining and tracking key metrics to evaluate the success of AI products, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative product manager with a passion for AI and its potential to transform the media industry. You will have a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and a desire to contribute to the creation of innovative AI-powered solutions. You will also possess strong business analysis skills and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated interest in AI or machine learning products.
- Experience working in a technology or data-driven environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical considerations related to AI.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
- Proven ability to conduct business analysis activities, such as process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Highly desirable - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
