About The Role

Our Wetherill Park site in Sydney is our Milk Based Beverages (MMB) hub for the eastern seaboard. The site manufactures fresh and extended shelf-life products, including our short-pack format MBB and Ultra Heat Treated (UHT) long-life unrefrigerated (unrefrigerated) milk. This state-of-the-art facility has benefited from past and ongoing large-scale investment and produces 75 million litres of Australia's most loved dairy products, including Dare Iced Coffee, Dairy Farmers, Farmers Union, and Big M.

The position supports the site reliability team by providing effective leadership across all aspects of site facilities, utilities, and services. Reporting to the Engineering Reliability Leader, as a vital key member of the site engineering & reliability team, You will need to influence and lead people to ensure successful outcomes and provide feedback to the reliability leader with identified areas of opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for site services, including refrigeration, boilers, air compressors, wastewater treatment plants, ammonia plants, etc.- Ensure site services are maintained to a high standard- Develop, own, and execute improvement projects relating to energy & utility efficiency- Negotiate and implement service-level agreements for critical site services- Develop a pipeline to ensure effective asset lifecycle management of critical assets- Champion site energy and environmental initiatives

About you- Experience within a reliability team in a manufacturing environment- Relevant trade certificate or Mechanical Engineering degree- High level of technical knowledge regarding plant & equipment operation- Experience in waste management is highly desired- Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
