Maxima, in partnership with Investigator College, are on the lookout for an organised individual who loves variety in their working environment to undertake a business traineeship.

Investigator College, located within Victor Harbor, is home to approximately 700 students from Early Learning through to Year 12. The school, built on academic excellence and outstanding wellbeing, takes a large team of staff to ensure its success which you could be part of. Day-to-day you will support the Executive Assistant to the Principal with all administrative and operational tasks.

This fulltime, 18-month opportunity is the perfect way to gain paid, practical experience and a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business.**

**Duties Include**:

- Respond to incoming enquiries, delegating where required
- Assist with event coordination and set-up
- Sort through and distribute school mail
- Document processing and management
- Provide relief to the Student Services team
- Additional administrative tasks including ordering stationary, school tours and basic cleaning etc.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all
- Prides themselves on high attention to detail
- Great time management and can juggle multiple deadlines
- Strong work ethic; punctual and reliable
- Willingness to learn and give anything a go
- Takes initiative and problem-solves on the spot

**Role Requirements**:

- Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
- Driver’s licence and access to reliable vehicle
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
