Program Manager

**Introduction**:
At CRCS we are experiencing huge growth and increased demand for our services. Your role will be to build on these services, some of which include Family Education, Family Foundations, Wellbeing Therapy and Assessment Services, Early Autism Education and Supported Tenancy service. You will maintain current relationships with key stakeholders and actively seek out new connections. Your strong experience and well honed business experience will be beneficial in working towards fee for service programmes designed to support families.

**Description**:

You will manage the suite of family support programmes, develop further service offerings, maintain relationships with stakeholders, and seek new and exciting opportunities.

You will have natural enthusiasm and high energy levels as well as a future focus in seeking out the new and untried.

You will also have tertiary qualifications in human services or other discipline and be absolutely committed to life long learning for you and your team. Knowledge of mental health and developmental issues and their relationship to child and adolescent development will be highly regarded as well as sound understanding of practice and theories for family work such as Trauma Informed Practice, strengths based practice and family centred practice.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**CRCS also requires all employees to**:

- Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
- Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
- Maintain full COVID-19 vaccination currency and provide evidence of their vaccinations to CRCS (sensitive information is kept private and in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles) unless they are able to provide suitable evidence of a medical contraindication that prevents them from receiving this vaccine.
