**About the role**

AWE are in a phase of significant growth. We are currently searching for an Internal Recruitment Advisor. Your dynamic and vibrant personality will shine and your ability to provide a signature experience to all applicants will be incomparable. Communication will be key to you and you will be eager to hit the ground running. Ideally you are a genuine and passionate recruiter who gets excited about small wins along with the big wins. This position will work autonomously, with the team spread across the country and you will have a huge potential to add value and make an impact.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Strong demonstrated experience in a contracting engineering/mining/construction business
- Demonstrated knowledge of trade roles
- Confident in showcasing your talent attraction strategies
- Advanced knowledge of excel, spreadsheets used for data entry and MS programs
- Previous experience using on boarding platforms
- Organised and driven to succeed
- Ability to adapt quickly in fast paces work environments
- Good time management
- Pro-active approach to tasks
- Ability to work autonomously

**Main Duties**:

- End to End Recruitment of Blue Collar Trades into the business
- Manage the On-boarding process
- Accurate data entry for legal checks, mandatory compliance and refresher dates
- Conducting necessary background and legal checks
- Booking of Medicals, Training, Inductions and other relevant items
- Update Metrics and other measuring data
