Experienced Recruitment Advisor required for growing logistics business in Perth's Eastern Suburbs

Our client is seeking the enthusiasm and expertise of an end to end recruiter to join their people and culture team based in Perth's Eastern suburbs.

Reporting to the GM, People and Culture you will be responsible for:

- Liaising with Hiring Managers regarding workforce planning
- Creation of advertisements and strategic placement using all available advertising tools
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Face to face and telephone interviewing
- Management of the offer process
- Completion of compliance requirements including referencing, VEVO, medical checks, tickets and licenses etc
- Supporting the onboarding process

Based in the Eastern Suburbs, this growing, privately owned logistics organisation has a people and culture team who are passionate about doing the right thing, coaching and developing the line management to ensure contemporary practice, and are continuing upon their journey of systems implementation and review of their processes and procedures to establish a streamlined business.

This is a permanent opportunity, that given clear direction will be offered the autonomy to perform as the recruitment specialist for the business.
