**Key responsibilities for the Hardware Technician are as follows**:

- Identify hardware issues in electronic devices and perform necessary repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
- Conduct component-level repairs, including soldering and replacing defective parts on circuit boards.
- Ensure all repaired devices meet our quality standards before returning them to customers.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts, tools, and repair equipment.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of repair issues and solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
- Assess customers’ computer system and hardware needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Use diagnostic tools and methods to determine the root cause of problems.
- Install and configure new hardware components.
- Ensure proper integration of hardware components with software systems.

**Skills & Experience**
- A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or a related field
- At least two (2) years of experience in hardware technician or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues
- promptly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in device and hardware maintenance and development
- Knowledge of various operating systems, network protocols and web technologies
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Mandarin-speaking is advantageous

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
