About the Role
As an Initiative Lead, Interchangeable Limits and Multiborrower in our Team, you’ll play a key role in leading the design and delivery of a strategic solution for Interchangeable Limits and Multi-borrower facilities, effectively managing change into the business while ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations. You will engage with stakeholders across Institutional, Commercial and Risk teams to solve for problem statements, assess and manage risk, drive remediation and execute on rollout of the change.

What will your day look like?
As an Initiative Lead, Interchangeable Limits & Multiborrower, you will:
Lead effective collaboration and solutioning across Transaction Banking, Corporate Finance, Capital Reforms, Group Wholesale Credit, Wholesale Credit Platform, R&A, Operations and Risk teams
Plan, track and drive change delivery ensuring strategic solutions are delivered on time, on budget, with risks effectively managed and stakeholders engaged
Ensure bank compliance with Capital Reforms and APRA regulatory rules APS112 and APS113
Assess capital impacts across the Interchangeable limits and Multi-borrower book, including monitoring and unwind of the capital overlays in place, in line with ANZ and APRA frameworks
Manage the backbook remediation of Interchangeable Limit and Multi-borrower facilities
Drive learning and communications across teams to uplift banker knowledge and foster behavioural change
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Extensive years of experience in financial services
Demonstrated ability to deliver change in a complex, large and dynamic environment
Ability to problem solve, with a risk management mindset
Strong project management, relationship building and stakeholder management skills - at all levels of organisation
Strong oral and written communication skills
Knowledge and experience in ANZ and Institutional Policy Requirements, including Capital Reforms
