Projects and Promotions Coordinator

**37.5 hours/week**

CASS Care Ltd is a multi-disciplined community services provider, with “CASS”, as our brand name, which is commonly known in the community. We are active in the provision of a comprehensive range of social welfare services, catering the needs from cradle to seniors, including residential aged care, home ageing, settlement and health, vocational and training, disability services, child care and many more community-based services. We are seeking an enthusiastic person with relevant skills to fill the above position.

**Position Summary**:
This position is responsible for the development and execution of community projects, events, and promotions to raise awareness of social welfare systems, services, and information within the Vietnamese community. It also involves managing social media platforms effectively to promote community services and events.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Undertake and develop community projects to meet community needs, including providing navigational support to people in Vietnamese community to access social welfare systems and support services;
- Plan, organise, coordinate, and carry out activities such as information sessions, community events, and programs;
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase awareness of CASS programs, services, and events within the Vietnamese community;
- Manage and maintain CASS social media platforms to promote community services and projects;
- Create compelling and culturally friendly content for social media and other communication channels to engage and inform the target audience;
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics to assess the impact of promotional efforts; and
- Collaborate with partners, volunteers, and team members to ensure the successful planning and execution of community events, projects, and initiatives.

**Selection Criteria**:
**Essential**
- Tertiary qualification recognised in Australia along with relevant work experience;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Must be able to speak and write Vietnamese fluently;
- Proven experience in successfully managing projects and events;
- Demonstrable skills in developing, managing, and promoting content on social media platforms including Facebook and Youtube;
- Good communication, interpersonal, time management, supervisory and organisational skills;
- Ability to pay attention to and explain details;
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Current First Aid Certificate;
- Valid police check certificate or can obtain the certificate prior to employment; and
- At least two doses of COVID-19 Vaccination.

**Desirable**
- Experience in coordinating and providing community services;
- Ability to analyse and leverage social media metrics to assess the impact of promotional efforts; and
- Relevant knowledge and experience in aged care services.

Salary and employment conditions for the above position is as per Enterprise Agreement. Salary packaging is available. Discounted child care fees are available for CASS’s long day care, before and after school, and vacation care services.
