Project Officer

Location: Parramatta + travel + WFH
Pay Rate: $500 - $600 p/d + super
The Project Officer - Education role undertakes specialist activities to deliver regulatory educational projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide a range of project management and support services including preparation of reports and coordinating resources, maintaining documentation and implementing and monitoring project plans, to ensure education project outcomes are achieved.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure Parramatta accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of NSW outcomes and support effective decision making.
- Undertake research, evaluation and analysis to identify emerging issues and prepare recommendations to resolve policy or process issues and inform NSW education activities.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information to support policy and legislative requirements for the delivery of NSW activities.
- Deliver education improvement projects with the aim of ensuring increased dam owner compliance with dam safety requirements.
- Support and participate in audits of declared management systems.
**Key knowledge and experience**
- Experience in implementing innovative and best practice regulatory education programs.
- Demonstrated understanding of the legislative framework for dam safety in NSW.
