We are looking for a **Product Innovation Manager** to join our amazing team here at ignite travel group.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new & emerging trends in the travel industry.
- Responsible for the development of innovative products.
- Identify, create and procure exclusive products to include in Ignite Holiday Packages.
- Products include & not limited to hotel and resort ancillaries, touring attractions & transfer operators.
- Ensure the smooth operational flow & management of products.
- Manage the end-to-end negotiation of products & associated contracts.
- Conduct analysis to assess commercial potential of a product, service and lead the development of trials of these products and market offers through refinement and iteration of concepts.
- Work closely with all Product Directors/ Managers in all destinations to establish a target list to enhance the product offering.
