The multi-faceted role is fast paced and comes with daily variety and lots of ingenuity. You will learn some of the most innovative procurement tactics and original product design principles under the firsthand tutelage of our General Manager and brilliant minds of our product team and distinguished suppliers worldwide.

**In this role, you'll...**
- Work collaboratively to build and manage the full lifecycle of your product from the stages of creative ideation, negotiation and itinerary creation through to trip completion
- Research and build itineraries, crafting series group tours superior in quality and value to packages on the market
- Strategise, devise and deliver a pipeline of products to prime touring destinations such as in the Americas, Asia, Europe and beyond, and be expected to grow sales and profit revenues
- Proactively nurture and grow existing relationships, and diligently recruit new partners
- Work closely with our dedicated in-house marketing team to bring your creations to life

**You will thrive if**
- Strong destination and group touring knowledge
- Strong negotiation skills and relationship management skills
- Proven experience in a product, group touring or managerial capacity
- Existing supplier and tourism body relationships and contacts
- Dynamic ability to think outside the box and on your feet
- Airfare and GDS competency
- Profit and yield management skills
