The Challenge

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic product marketing individual with a growth mindset to help define the Asia Pacific go-to-market, marketing and product strategies for Adobe’s Document Cloud in the B2B Segment (Enterprise, Mid-Market, SMB, & Public Sector). The scope extends to include acquisition, utilization and retention of customers to ensure Adobe is building a viable long-term business in the APAC region.

This role will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams. You will be instrumental in defining our 1- to 3-year business strategy, developing annual GTM and product marketing plans, and working cross-functionally to drive growth for the business.

As the APAC Product Marketing & GTM Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and execute the Adobe Document Cloud product marketing strategy for APAC that includes key programs to increase market penetration into the target segments and markets. Develop deep knowledge of the business and be the authority on market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers. Lead and drive key strategic efforts to help accelerate the business; To be successful, track performance, and be responsible for the business outcomes. Generate insights from deep analysis and research. This includes: analysis of total addressable market, market share, and growth opportunity; competitive assessments; target audience definition, priorities, and customer needs; business model and monetization strategy Own key components of the annual strategy planning process and 3-year growth and business plan; define desired business outcomes, potential financial impact, and execution requirements. Collaborate closely with global and regional partners in Product, Go-to-Market and Marketing to build a viable growth strategy and deliver truly outstanding customer experiences. Work with Field Marketing teams to align and complement campaign marketing activities in APAC to optimise overall demand for Adobe Document Cloud. Localise global content and messaging to ensure relevance to the local market. Where needed also create local relevant content and messaging to position Adobe Document Cloud appropriately to the key target audiences in APAC. Collaborate and partner with broader DME & DX teams on all One Adobe Initiatives in APAC.

Desired Skills And Experience

Product marketing experience. Distinctive track record of impact in marketing and strategy decisions based on your recommendations. Anticipate market needs and trends, how they manifest in product needs, and predict go to market challenges that influence the product direction. Experience in the creative industry is desirable.

Analytical and data driven. Demonstrates outstanding analytical ability to identify, analyze, and craft data into a compelling narrative to inform a recommendation. Partner with market researchers, product managers, and sales leaders to seek out data to validate ideas and demonstrate the courage to challenge our plan based on new information.

Bias for action. Have led complex projects end-to-end, working with multiple teams and collaborators to show results. Attention to details while balancing big-picture strategic work.

Customer centric. Ability to provide a deep understanding of customer needs and how our products and those of competitors are positioned.

Leadership and people skills. Experience hiring, leading and developing product marketing talent while establishing connections across and at all levels of the organization.

**Ideal**:
10+ years of product and/or marketing experience in B2B software technology

Product launch and go to market experience (B2B preferred)

Experience with Adobe Digital Media products.
