**What You’ll Do**
- **Assist in Podcast Production**: Join clients on shoots, providing on-the-spot coaching for podcast delivery, ensuring they feel confident and deliver their best on camera.
- **Coordinate with Clients**: Be the go-to person for client communication, ensuring every collaboration is seamless and professional.
- **Content Quality Check**: Review videos for captions, storytelling, and viral potential before they go live.
- **Brainstorm & Research Content**: Keep episodes fresh and trending by researching industry topics and viral ideas.
- **Track & Optimize Performance**: Dive into data to measure success and tweak strategies to deliver better results.
- **Smooth Operations**: Manage shoot schedules, logistics, and resources for flawless execution.
- **Source Viral Trends**: Hunt down the latest viral content and curate reaction videos to amplify clients’ social media presence.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Describes themselves as outgoing, extroverted or confident
- Is young and hungry to learn and grow in marketing, social media, and communication.
- Lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Has exceptional attention to detail and takes pride in producing top-quality work.
- Communicates clearly and tackles challenges proactively.
- Is a native English speaker.
- Is available from 8am to 5pm AEST and ready to dive into a fulfilling role.
