**The Location**

Bribie Cove is a 90 bed residential aged care facility, situated in a tranquil, subtropical seaside setting of Bribie Island. Our lovely home Bribie Cove has the enviable reputation of being a highly sought after aged care residence. With close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops, and just minutes from the Pumicestone Passage, this location is hard to beat.

**The Job**

Promote wellness, independence, social connections and recreation activities based on the needs and interests of our residents. Assist in the design, implementation and evaluation of meaningful activity programs that engage and connect our residents and aligns with their choices. Assist in the organisation of social and recreational activities.
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm and weekends 9:00am to 1:00pm
- Excellent penalty rates starting at $45.59 per hour* on Sundays.
- Be the smiling face who brightens the day of our residents at Seaton Place

**You bring**: Experience in a similar role, a current First Aid Certificate (with CPR), experience in delivering social and recreational activities and programs to seniors, and a background in providing support to residents with cognitive impairment. A Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or a similar qualification is highly desirable. You’ll also have a genuine passion to work with the elderly, fabulous communication and teamwork skills and basic computer skills.
