**The opportunity**:
We are seeking a Managing Consultant to help KBR support customers with their most complex and critical business challenges. You will have experience of leading and influencing a range of client stakeholders to improve performance on specific opportunities and across the enterprise.

The Managing Consultant will successfully and rapidly integrate with client and KBR teams at all levels, taking a hands-on role where appropriate. As well as assuring the quality and timeliness of delivered work, the Managing Consultant will be expected to work closely with KBR’s Portfolio Leads to win new work for KBR and expand the footprint and revenues with existing clients.

**In this position, you will be**:
Supporting customers with strategy development and plans aimed at driving growth and delivery value to end customers

Working with customers to discover route cause issues to business issues affecting growth

Supporting KBR GSI to realise its strategic aims and build a flourishing pipeline of opportunities with a high probability of winning

Assessing existing process, structures and systems using a recognised approach

Supporting customers with delivering more efficient and effective solutions to resolve route cause issues

Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures such as administrative and clerical procedures

Developing and proposing compelling offers to customers that improve ways of working that add value to the customer, while protecting KBR and support growth

Working with customers to develop operating models through defined Business Transformation methodologies (Measure, Define, Develop, Deliver, Realise Benefits)

Strategy and Business Development best practice and expertise

Negotiation and influence at all levels

Proposal development experience including planning, solution development

Strong commercial awareness

Budgeting and cost control experience

Strong facilitation skills

Team leadership and conflict resolution skills.
