Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) is made up of three distinct portfolios, Group Operations, Group Property and Commercial Services, with 5200 people across five countries. Each portfolio delivers services for our customers and our people and manages significant spend across Westpac Group. Home Ownership Services is a key part of our Group Operations team and is responsible for bringing our Group vision to life by building a team of the best home loan experts focused on delivering ‘magic’ moments for our customers, business partners and each other. Home Ownership Services is a diverse operational business that handles originations, servicing and contact centre functions across all Westpac Group brands.

As a Team Leader you will be a key Member of the Home Ownership Services Team within the Group Operations, Property & Commercial Services (GOPCS) and your role is paramount to helping contribute the delivery of Westpac’s vision. The Team Leader contributes to this vision by leading and inspiring a team to learn, develop and continually grow to deliver effective outcomes that ensure the right solutions for our customers and maximise commercial outcomes for the business.
