**About the Opportunity and You**:
This role will report directly to the Produce Imports Account Manager at FSG AU. You’ll be supporting the key principle in the company by taking on the administrative and co-ordination activities required to execute the purchase, imports, and sale of fresh produce from major growers across the US to the leading Supermarket Retailers and Wholesalers in Australia. Key responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the Produce Imports Account Manager to aid with ensuring accurate daily data entry and execution of orders and dispatches.
- Liaising with suppliers and retailers regarding any required documentation ensuring accuracy and timely administration.
- Tracking and updating the status of orders and looking out for any potential delays and schedule changes.
- Maintaining the Stock Control database and shared google sheets with third-party suppliers.

To be successful in this role, you will bring your exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ideally, but not necessarily, you have had experience working within the fresh produce industry and had exposure to import processes and documentation. Above all, you have a passion for the customer, are proactive with a pioneering spirit and are excited by the prospect of being a part of a small but dynamic team.

While you will be a key member of this intimate two-person team, you will also have the benefit of leaning on the resources and support available from our larger related entity, BGP International. Further, the ‘apprentice-like’ working relationship will provide significant scope for growth for those that seek it.

As we work with fresh produce, the working hours typically start early and end early. So, you’ll be back home with plenty of daylight hours to spare. Tuesday - Friday 7:30 am -12 pm

Saturday 7 am - 10 am

$55,000 - $64,999 pro rata (Part time)
