Camden, Australia Specialist practice Full time

Our busy orthodontic practice requires a superstar Orthodontic Assistant and Treatment Co-Ordinator.

This is a full-time role
- must be available between 8:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday in our Camden/Narellan practices.

Orthodontic experience is highly advantageous. Sales experience will also be highly regarded.

Salary is approximately $70,000 - $90,000, plus commissions. Unlimited earning potential for an individual that will maximise the opportunity with this role.

**About the work**

You will work with our orthodontists, dental specialists and oral health therapists and be a part of our dynamic and friendly team. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing chairside assistance to orthodontists and therapists.
- Managing the flow of our wonderful clients with our practices.
- Scheduling and diary management for our doctors.
- Outbound patient co-ordination.
- Building and maintaining relationships with patients and their families.
- Record keeping, treatment co-ordination and administrative work.
- Consulting with patients on their orthodontic treatment options.
- Record taking including dental photography and intra oral scanning.
- Co-ordinating laboratory work and fabrication of basic appliances.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring our clients are given the highest level of customer service and follow up care.

**About you**

You will ideally possess:

- Chairside assisting experience (especially in orthodontics) is highly advantageous.
- Sales experience and the enthusiasm to grow our business and help us build on our excellent reputation in the industry
- A vibrant, outgoing and positive personality
- Capable of working quickly and multitasking.
- Professional presentation and ability to conduct oneself in a profession setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing nature.
- A mature mindset, ability to take initiative, and to complete tasks autonomously.
- Have successfully completed the HSC.
- The desire to work hard and as part of a team.
- A drivers licence and own transport.
