As an **Assistant** **Store Manager,** supporting the store manager, you shape a culture of excellence and collaboration in our BP- family owned Store. You keep the store thriving by building a high-performing team who make customers lives easier and brighter, every day. You activate the BP vision, diplomatically managing commitments to customers, team members and site and cafe operations. Nothing gives you a greater thrill than exceeding growth and performance goals within a constantly changing retail environment.

**Working Hours**

Most of our stores are open 24 hours so our customers can stock up on essential groceries, grab a hot snack or take a moment to unwind. You'll work a 5 day roster, so you can balance all the things you love in life.

**Salary**: $46,195.57 - $60,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Beeliar, WA 6164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
- Kitchen management: 1 year (preferred)
