**The Role**:
As a Store Manager, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, positively influencing our team members and client experiences daily. You will work closely with the team to manage day-to-day store operations, coach and develop staff, maintain accountability for strong results, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
Please note: Experience in the hair industry is not essential; however, retail leadership experience is desired.

**A typical day**:
As a Store Manager, you will lead from the front, on the floor, not in an office. You will be visible on the floor, working with your team to achieve successful results every day. Your approach must be big picture while ensuring the daily deliverables are met. You will set the standard for excellence and be the "go-to" resource for any questions (big and small) as well as feedback (both praise and supportive). As the leader of the store, you must be excited to know our brands and our customers. You have a clear understanding that our success rests with your customers. You'll work to help your team achieve targets, create a welcoming atmosphere, demonstrate efficiency, and ensure outstanding-looking stores with happy team members and customers are a daily deliverable.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate a supportive team environment for business growth and individual development
- Ensure retail and salon standards are consistently met
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities for continuous financial growth and improvement
- Lead by example and provide opportunities for training for all salon and retail team members
- Coordinate with the VM/ordering manager to maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability
