We are looking for a **part time or full time CA Lead** who is open to new challenges, enjoys variety in their role, and is eager to expand their capabilities; to join our team.

The Client Advisor Lead role is an exciting opportunity to **champion** the smooth operation of the clinic, while working closely with the **NCS** and **Finance team**. The Client Advisor Lead is responsible for more **advanced administrative tasks** as well as **leadership responsibilities** to your own Client Advisor team within the clinic.

Administrative Tasks:

- Manage Accounts receivable.
- 3rd party, upfront contracts (private/TAC/Workcover) and customer outstanding amounts
- Ensuring all draft invoices are finalised
- Ensuring correct use of appointment types
- Addressing operational issues within the clinic with appropriate team members
- Bad debt write-offs recommendation / request to CL/Finance
- Weekly report analysis
- Action client refunds
- Complaint handling
- Export failed CC into Clinic manual every Thursday after payment run.
- Checking client relationship is entered and referrer information is entered and uploaded.
- Process DD runs each Thursday.
- Scan third party 1EXs & ensure there is approval, and no employer liability issues.
- Medical files
- Standard checks and Audits - Notice Boards, Front Desk Appearance, Staff room appearance, etc.

Leadership Tasks:

- Weekly/ fortnightly check in with each Client Advisor and the Clinic Leader at the clinic
- Setting weekly goals to CA team
- Roster Management for Client Advisors
- Mentor failed CC/DD space.
- Follow up the Client Advisor team on their daily checklists using the clinic guide.
- Monthly Client Advisor Lead Meeting
- Fortnightly meeting with Bookkeeper
- Lead and nurture in clinic culture
- Onboarding the new clinical team / Client Advisor Team
- Training new and existing CA team members to keep them up to date with learning and development updates, allow 2 hours a f/n minimum.
- Team Meetings - Preparing slides, Setup, etc., and present fortnightly or monthly in team FAC meetings.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in financial administration
- Ideally a minimum 1 year at Kieser
- Thorough understanding of Logic
- Passion for leading by example and exhibits the Kieser values - growing people, growing teams, reliability and it’s all about outcomes.

**Additional Information**
- ** 1-2 days CA Lead responsibilities, 3-4 days client facing in clinic.**:
