**About the Role**

As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you are passionate about delivering great customer service to our customers We are currently hiring 2 fulltime Café All rounders for The Market Kitchen and Longshot Cafes (located in the Alfred Hospital). You will be required to work 38 hours during the week and will need to be available on some weekends during the month.

You will also be responsible for:

- Preparing and serving food and beverages to café standards.
- Greeting and interacting with customers in a warm, professional manner.
- Operating the POS system and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restocking supplies and ensuring front-of-house is always well-presented.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all areas of the café.

**About You**
- Ideally 1 year of experience working in a fast food environment (highly advantageous)
- Café all rounder experience in a fast paced environment (advantageous)
- Must have full time availability throughout the week including some weekends (38 hours).
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience with working with food safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills and the drive to deliver outstanding service to our customers.
