Our client is an award winning Biotechnologies organisation specialising in dietary and supplement research and manufacturing. Based on the Northern Beaches (parking provided), they are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for multiple workers to expand their production team. They offer a fantastic company culture and on the job training as well as career progression where applicable for both parties.

Specific positions include Machine Operators and Process Workers with responsibilities including:

- Setting up and operating machinery
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery as per work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Picking and processing of raw materials
- Receiving and dispatching stock against shipping documentation
- Packing bulk items and performing basic Quality Control on products
- Accurately completing documentation

To be considered you will have:

- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team and independently
- The ability to write and read English with basic computer literacy
- Physically fit (some lifting is required)
- Strong time management skills
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- The ability to adhere to WHS standards as well as GMP (Goods Manufacturing Practices)

To be considered you will have previous experience working in either the Medical, Pharmaceutical or Food Industries with GMP and TGA knowledge. Machine operation experience in these sectors will be very highly regarded.

Salary range is from $65,000 - $75,000 + Super or up to $90,000 + Super for someone with extensive experience in this field. Salary reviews are conducted annually.

Hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am - 4.30pm) however flexible hours or shorter weeks may be considered. Please note that all positions include strict adherence to PPE (i.e. 'gowning up') procedures. Parking is provided.
