**As a Sales Representative at WEP, you'll**:

- Generate quality leads.
- Advise potential participants and help them choose their program during info sessions (face-to-face and online meetings), follow-up calls, school presentations and career expos.
- Monitor leads & sales and implement actions as required, in collaboration with the WEP Teams in Australia & Europe.
- Receive ongoing training on new programs & destinations and systems used by WEP.

**About you**:

- Proven experience in sales is essential.
- You have previous experience overseas (school program or other).
- You have positive energy and are an effective communicator to diverse audiences, with excellent presentation skills.
- You can work with limited supervision.
- You manage time effectively, exercise initiative and set priorities to work within required timelines.
- You are tech-savvy - experience in CRM is a plus.
- You have a driving license.
- You're ready to work from 10.30am to 7pm, and on some weekends. Flexibility is required.
- You’re ready to travel & work interstate.
- You want to be part of our vision of educational & cultural travel.
- Working With Children Check must be provided prior to commencement.
