Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to take on a leadership role in a dynamic environment? The Alexander, a bustling local pub known for its vibrant atmosphere and exceptional service, is seeking a dedicated Duty Manager to join our team.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of front of house/bar operations.
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, ambiance, and overall customer satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Monitor industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Set-up and pack down of venue, including the TAB area.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven experience as a Duty Manager or similar role in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with staff and customers
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
