**Volunteer Administration Assistant - Save the Children Sefton Park Head Office**
By volunteering in our Sefton Park office, you will be performing administrative support tasks such as:
- Data entry
- Making name badges for Volunteers
- Making induction and training kits for Volunteers
- Printing stock orders to give to our Warehouse team to prepare
- Printing, recording and picking stationery orders for our Op Shops
- Sourcing and/or replenishing stationery and office supplies
- General housekeeping
**Why volunteer with us?**

- **It's flexible. **Ideally, you'll be available to volunteer 1 - 3 days per week, either full day or half-day shifts. And all activities are Centrelink approved.
- **You'll be making a difference. **Our programs improve the health of children, create greater access to quality education for all, and provide protection from abuse, neglect and exploitation. You'll be making a real difference to the lives of millions of children - now and in the future.
- **Who are we looking for? **If you're punctual, reliable and honest, all you need is willingness to learn. Whether you're seeking retail work experience, recently retired, looking to meet some new people, or anything in between, we'd love you to join our brilliant volunteer team in our Blackwood Op Shop.
Are you friendly and welcoming, sociable and can liaise with suppliers and chat with Volunteers, able to handle money, happy to be part of a team, flexible and willing to do any of the administration tasks?
