**The Role**:
As a Support Worker in **Ballarat East VIC** you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities, including showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, medication monitoring, shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, social support, and transportation to appointments.

**The Client requires Personal Care, Companion Care and Domestic Assistance on Tuesday 10AM to 1PM, Wednesday 10AM to 12PM and Thursday 10AM to 1PM, Saturday 10AM to 12PM, availability will not change after onboarding**

**Essential Skills and Qualifications**:

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Clearance Certificate
- Current Australian Driver's License
- Registered vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Smartphone
- Must be available on **Tuesday 10AM to 1PM, Wednesday 10AM to 12PM and Thursday 10AM to 1PM, Saturday 10AM to 12PM**:

- Must have a reliable car. Preferably one that is not difficult for clients to climb into.
