**The Department**

The MS and Neuroimmunology department in involved in exciting translational and clinical trial research and observational safety registries. Our research supports the promotion of innovation and advances in patient self-monitoring and integration with large databases. The department strives for enhanced clinical care outcomes, exploring predictors of outcomes, basic science and genomics, progressive MS and nurse-led research projects.

**The Role**

The **Clinical Research Associate** provides a range of high-level administrative and coordination services to support MS and Neuroimmunology (**MSNI)** strategies, programs and initiatives. This includes supporting the **Floodlight MS MoreActive** team by planning, coordinating and undertaking data checks and remote monitoring and communication with sites.

In addition, the position also provides support to projects and events and undertakes a variety of general administrative duties to meet the operational demands of the **Floodlight MS MoreActive** team.

The **Clinical Research Associate** operates with excellence in process and judgement to provide sound and timely advice and support to clients, staff and other stakeholders.

**Skills**
- A degree in a relevant field with subsequent relevant experience in research trial or project management or data management
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective member of a team as well as the ability to exercise high levels of independence, judgement and initiative
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly developed computer literacy, including experience using business software such as Microsoft Office
- Highly-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders and negotiate positive outcomes to complex issues
- Experience of remote or on-site monitoring
