**About the Role**

This busy position provides administrative support to request for quotation (RFQ) and tendering processes during planning phase of availabilities. The role will ensure adherence to our procurement processes and drive consistency.

**What you will bring**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and a desire to enhance skills on the job
- Intermediate IFS or another ERP system
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Purchasing, Planning, Contract or Project Administration roles
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
