**About the role**:
The Position is responsible for performing and supporting specialist ICT procurement and contract management activities for the eHealth division to deliver its services to its clients. The role provides specialist ICT procurement advice, management and services for the division.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and implementation of the department's goods and services procurement governance framework
- Undertaking complex analysis and reporting associated with legislative and policy requirements
- Leading the establishment, enhancement and implementation of policies, procedures and templates to support and improve the efficiency of the division's procurement and funding frameworks
- Providing expert advice and support in relation to procurement policies, legislation and the procurement governance framework

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualification in fields relevant to procurement, and/or business systems, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of/experience in financial management and procurement governance and assurance requirements within the framework of the Financial Management Act 1994 and Victorian Government Purchasing Board Guidelines.
- Demonstrated experience implementing and managing complex policy frameworks in a legislative context.
- Demonstrated leadership, people management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence others to maximise efficiency and effectiveness of contracts and procurement activities.
