Our client engaged in the production, distribution, and maintenance of industrial, construction, and agricultural equipment across Australia. They dedicated to fulfilling a crucial mission: acting as a pivotal bridge for individuals and SMEs across Australia, guiding them through the complexities of selecting the appropriate machinery that meets their specific needs and financial constraints.
Position Overview:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
- Acting as the initial point of contact and representing the branch, helping customers and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Offering administrative support to the Service Department, which encompasses creating job orders, managing invoices, scheduling, booking jobs, following up, entering data, and maintaining records.
Qualifications and skills required for this role:
- Fluent English and Mandarin speaking skills.
- A strong background in administration, preferably within a relevant sector, is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to forge strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Advanced computer skills, including a thorough understanding of various systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time-management abilities, with the competence to adapt quickly.
