Set within the historic walls of The Henry Jones Art Hotel, and IXL Jam factory, Jam Packed is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. Art is an important part of The Henry Jones experience, as is its environment and culture. With more than 400 artworks on display, the works are exhibited across the hotel. Located on Hobart’s stunning waterfront, we offer an all-day menu featuring barista-made coffee, light meals, and sweet treats.

**What you can expect in a day in this role**:
As our full time Barista, you will be confident to make the best coffee in town You will take ownership of our coffee offering in Jam Packed and be at the forefront of current coffee trends and knowledge. You will love building rapport with your customers, whether they be regulars, locals or visitors from interstate and overseas.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Proven experience working with coffee in a busy customer centric environment- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and machine maintenance- Comfortable to work well under pressure and prioritise service at all times- Ability to work across 7 days of the week between our opening hours of 7:00am -3:00pm**What you can expect from us**:
