- Build Capability & Capacity - Work with Tennis Australia, ACT Government, clubs, and stakeholders to deliver training, courses, and programs that help volunteers thrive.
- Foster an Inclusive Environment - Promote a welcoming culture that encourages long-term involvement from people of all backgrounds and skill levels.
- Collaborate Widely - Partner with clubs, coaches, schools, universities, parents, and community stakeholders to create positive, rewarding volunteer experiences.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Experience working with volunteers or community groups (sport sector experience highly regarded).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A passion for inclusion, community development, and grassroots sport.
- Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis ACT
What’s to love?
- Career development with a range of formal education and on the job training opportunities
- Monthly wellbeing activities and recognition through our Serving Your Success program
