About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
Deputise for the Principal when required.
Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
About You
The successful applicant will join a dynamic and proactive Leadership Team, committed to enhancing both the academic and social-emotional outcomes for students and their families. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in improving educational practices, fostering engagement, and supporting a positive and inclusive school culture.
