We are a preventative wellbeing experience in the heart of South Melbourne seeking vibrant and enthusiastic individuals to create a positive guest experience.

Position: Guest Experience Location : South Melbourne

Hours: Flexible - Morning / Afternoon / Weekends

Guest Experience Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to EQ with genuine warmth and hospitality, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively engaging with guests and guiding them through our wellbeing experience
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and ambiance of our space to uphold our high standards of excellence.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures
- Demonstrate initiative and common sense in addressing the needs of our guests and resolving any issues that may arise.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Genuine interest in wellness and a desire to contribute to the holistic wellbeing experience of our guests.
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and common sense in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
