Their role is to manage and grow their own client base whilst coaching and developing the store team to be successful. They have a customer focused mindset that drives sales growth and profitability. Assistant Store Managers and Future Business Leaders will have a strong commercial and business sense and are skilled in the planning and execution of our sales and service standards as well as in the development of business plans and strategy to drive the business forward in collaboration with our Store Managers. They play an integral part in driving the company’s cultural commitment and upholding the brand DNA.
