About the Role:
The Salvation Army, Donor Services team, have an incredible permanent full time opportunity for a Revenue Investigation and Reconciliation Clerk to join our Melbourne head office in Blackburn. This crucial role is responsible for timely and accurate investigation, processing and reconciliation of donations received by the national Fundraising department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and prepare “unidentified” banks deposit donations
- Process daily Direct Debit Batches
- Disputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs, Refunds
- Reconciliation of Bank Statement to Blackbaud, Payment Gateway to Bank Statement
- PayPal / Third Party Platforms
- Daily examination, scrutiny and validation of transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRM
- Assisting with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholders
- Researching and processing of all donations received online nationally
