We are seeking Qualified Refrigeration Tech’s/ HVAC’s looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis. Permanent Ongoing works available. You’ll be joining a small, established maintenance team at either our Telfer or Port Haven site, FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants. The positions are available with immediate start.

$122,400 Per Year + Allowances + Super

**THE POSITION**
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
- Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
- Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

**THE PERSON**
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
- Current CPR + LVR (or willing to obtain), Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
