**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the National ELICOS Standards 2018
- Prepare teaching materials and assessments
- Monitor and assess student progress
- Maintain accurate student records (attendance, progress, feedback)
- Participate in moderation, professional development, and staff meetings
- Support student welfare and engagement

**Essential Requirements**:

- A recognised degree or diploma of at least three years full-time (or equivalent) in any discipline
- A TESOL qualification such as: CELTA or equivalent / A postgraduate TESOL qualification
- Relevant ELICOS teaching experience (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Right to work in Australia
