**Description**:
About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team based in Forest Lake, QLD. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will safely and successfully lead the service team to coordinate resources and jobs, in line with budget requirements, to maximise equipment availability for hire.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead our team of service technicians
- Communicate and monitor safety culture in workshop
- Allocate service jobs to technicians (Baseplan Service Module) to maximise service productivity
- Coordinate with the office to ensure equipment availability and customer processes are complete
- Train and guide workshop team on service and procedures, including Baseplan
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Conduct equipment servicing and repairs

Skills and Experience

**You will possess the following**:

- Trade qualification - mechanical, hydraulics, fitter and/or auto electrical
- Experience in leading teams (either directly or indirectly) and managing service demand
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with EWPs highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
- Forklift, EWP or OHS cards/licences (not essential)
