**Job Description**:
In this is newly created, critical leadership role, The Regional Cyber Risk and Compliance Manager will report directly to the APAC Regional Director, Information Technology. You will be accountable for implementing the agreed regional and locally specific security strategies.

Key to success will be your ability to identify and implement appropriate security maturity that secures Colliers and enables it to continue to deliver the industry’s best technology platform for both our clients and our people. Providing a great user experience and technology capability that differentiates Colliers will be critical.

Working collaboratively with members of the APAC Leadership team and the global security team, to define and deliver the security roadmap.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with global incident managers for major or high-profile incidents, provide guidance and tracking of any gaps affecting Collier’s information security posture, and bridge the gap between the technical and business responses to minimize the impacts of incidents
- Manage and ensure adherence to Colliers Cyber-Security Incident Response Plan and Enterprise Incident Management plan (responsible for setting the IT incident response strategy)
- Coordinate and direct efforts within the technology team and third parties throughout incident response lifecycle, and act in an advisory capacity providing timely feedback and relevant updates to appropriate decision makers and executive stakeholders
- Experience in Implementation & maintaining end-to-end ISO 27001 compliance audit
- Coordinate the development of organisational and site-specific security documentation and work closely with the Country teams to test and maintain incident response plans/processes to address existing and emerging trends and threats
- Conduct and maintain all required documentation
- Lead special projects related to Global Threat Management and Response programs, and participate in after-hours incidents when required
- Co-ordinate 3rd Party vendor on site activities as required.
- Manage projects associated with Collier’s security programs and provide regular effective updates
- Communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time, manage stakeholder expectations, and gain consensus in cases of conflict

**Qualifications**:

- Ideally you will have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in InfoSec especially in Information Operations/Incidents looking after hardware, networking, architecture, protocols, file systems and operating systems.
- Industry certification desirable (e.g., CISA, CISM)
- A broad and deep understanding of cyber-security threats, vulnerabilities, controls, adversary tactics, techniques, procedures, and remediation strategies within a global enterprise environment to effectively detect and respond to cyber attacks
- Ability to influence, engage with, and communicate across all levels of the organisation in a manner that maintains high-quality, prompt, and efficient customer service; that results in actionable and mutual understanding
- Experience with process improvements to positively impact security posture across the entire organisation
- Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading digital transformation initiatives in complex and dynamic environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics, or a quantitative discipline in science.
