**Your new role**

This busy role will see you responsible for managing all aspects of conveyancing files including opening and closing files; searches; client Liaison; calculation of settlement figures; preparing correspondence to all relevant parties and general file management.

To be considered you will demonstrate recent experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal. You will be professionally presented with impeccable communication skills and high attention to detail. You will thrive in a busy conveyancing role and will be seeking your next long-term career move.
